Purrcasso 2010

It's that time of year again!
Berkeley East Bay Humane Society is having their annual fund raising gala, Purrcasso! Last year I began the tradition of submitting and I hope to continue to do so for many years to come. It's a wonderful cause, and I know it's a tight deadline, but I encourage all artists to participate. In the very least, please bookmark the sight for next year!

**If you saw this post earlier today, you saw this:
...but quite frankly, I changed my mind! Of course, if you'd like to buy a print of a cat in a turtle costume, you can contact me for sure! :)

Ship it!

Oh the mayhem...Epson FAIL! The printer ink went and got all dried up. So, instead, I ordered a fine art print from ImageKind. It came out great (and much bigger than originally planned) and with the addition of a frame.- it's ready to ship off to the Berkeley East Bay Humane Society in California!

See ya later, I hope you find a wonderful home.

Timmy already said his goodbyes...and he's past it:

Purrcasso!

Purrcasso is an art and craft auction and gala that benefits the Berkeley-East Bay Humane Society in Berkeley, CA. They are currently holding an open call for artists to submit work to be auctioned off and raise money to help animals in need. I am so happy to submit something to this year's gala and hope to do so for years to come!

Visit the Purrcasso website for more info.

I should mention that this piece is based on my real life hungry cat, "Timmy." meow.
